2. Technical performance:

(1),The X axis,Y axis and transfer rollers and wheels uses motor with inverter as drive source;which will ensure smooth running and
jitter-free.Xaxis movement uses encoder,both titing arms will be controlled withinverter.

(2).Transfer part uses chrome-plated shaft fitted with polyurethane wheel andsynchronous belt.

(3).All main frame of equipment use quality rectangle steel pipe groups ofnational standard welded and fitted with bolt.

(4).Electric control system of equipment use Schneider brand modules ofelectric;Program control uses imported SIMENS programmable controller,fitted with touch panel.

(5).The machine can connect with cutting table,the loading table wheels will only stop after the complete sheet of glass transfer into the cutting table.

(6).The L glass rack working with loading table will be made by customer,rackdrawing can be provided by AGLASSTEC,the space for putting glass is500mm.

(7).The machine will make to automatically change vacuum main magneticvalve on/off for both side.
