Das Planetengetriebe HYDROTRAC GFT 80 T3 9246 ist 3-stufig und mit einer integrierten, hydraulisch ausgelösten Mehrscheiben-Feststellbremse ausgestattet. Direkt am Getriebe ist ein REXROTH-Steckmotor montiert.um einen optimalen Lastausgleich zu gewährleisten, besteht jede Planetenstufe aus Planetengetrieben in Sätzen. REPARATUR DES ACHSANTRIEBS     FUNKTIONSPRINZIP Der Achsantrieb verfügt über einen integrierten Kolbenmotor und eine hydraulisch ausgelöster Mehrscheibenbremse. Er wird als komplette Einheit in den Maschinenrahmen eingebaut. Der Zahnradantrieb und der Hydraulikmotor verfügen über unabhängige Ölbehälter. Obwohl der Motor integriert ist, können Wartung oder Austausch des Motors ohne Ausbau des Antriebsrads erfolgen. Der Endantrieb besteht aus drei Planetenstufen. Jede Stufe enthält einen Satz aufeinander abgestimmter Planetenräder, die eine gleiche Lastverteilung bieten. Alle Komponenten zur Drehmomentübertragung bestehen aus geschmiedeten, abgeschanzten und gehärteten hochlegierten Stählen. Die Außenzahnräder sind kohleriert. Präzisionskugellager werden ausschließlich verwendet. Zwei große Kegelrollenlager unterstützen die Last von Zahnrädern oder Rädern. Eine Metalldichtung schützt das Gerät vor Verschmutzung.   Die federbetägte, hydraulisch entriegelter Mehrscheibenbremse dient als Sicherheitsbremse. Die Bremse wird gelöst, wenn Hydrauliköl unter Druck steht. Die inneren Scheiben (30) sind mit der Eingangskupplung (3) verzahnt. Die äußeren Scheiben (29) sind mit der Spindel (1) verzahnt. Wenn die Bremse nicht unter Druck steht, werden sowohl die inneren als auch die äußeren Scheiben durch einen federangewendeten Kolben (25) zusammengedrückt. Bei Druck der Bremse werden die Federn (31 und 32) zwischen Kolben (25) und Rückstellplatte (26) zusammengedrückt, wodurch die Mehrscheiben gelöst werden, die wiederum die Bremse lösen und öffnen.
