Ball Nose End Mill is also called a ball-nose cutter. It is a tool with a blade like a ball head (the blade head is a spherical curved surface) and is installed on a milling machine and is specially used for milling curved surfaces or arc grooves. In actual use, ball cutters generally have an integral structure, and the blade should not be broken. Diamond-Like Coating: Hardness similar to that of CVD diamond coating achieved wiht high adhesion strength. The hardness of the coating can reach 4800HV, and it has strong wear resistance.
