Vermiculite Fire Clay Insulation Brick is a fireproof product made from vermiculite and treated for use in a variety of ways. It is often used as firebrick, shelves for kilns in which things like ceramics are fired and hardened, and in industries that work with substances like molten metal and glass. Vermiculite brick also provides insulation and deadens sound. 

Application of Vermiculite Fire Clay Insulation Brick:
It is often used as firebrick, shelves for kilns in which things like ceramics are fired and hardened, and in industries that work with substances like molten metal and glass. Vermiculite brick can also be used for Aluminum reduction cell. It has good resistance to CO and CH₄ atmosphere, and it is difficult to be infiltrated by liquid aluminum, cryolite and fluoride.

Capacity:

Our manufacturing company includes two high alumina brick and fireclay brick production lines, two silica brick production lines, two unshaped production lines and two lightweight brick production lines. The total production capacity reaches 148,000 tons, of which the annual output of high alumina clay brick production line is 50,000 tons, the annual output of silica brick production line is 60,000 tons, the annual output of lightweight production line is 18,000 tons, and the annual output of unshaped production line is 20,000 tons.

Q1 : Do you provide free samples?
A1 : Yes, free samples can be provided, the buyer shall bear all the delivery cost. 
Q2 : How can you control your quality?
A2 : We have professional QC system for the chemical composition and physical properties. All the products will be tested before delivery.
Q3 : What is your payments terms?
A3 : We can accept 30% deposit, 70% balance to be against the BL copy or by LC, or other payment terms. 
Q4 : Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
A4 : We are a manufacture and our factory was established in 1998.
Q5 : What standards can you meet?
A5 : We can meet GB, ASTM, JIS, DIN standards. The third party test is acceptable.
