Main Characteristics of micro-arc oxidation line:
this power supply is specially used for surface micro-arc oxidation treatment of aluminum,magnesium ,titanium and alloy materials.The power supply can be connected in parallel and used separately.It has a low equipment failure rate(IGBT and charging and discharging capacitors have small single currents,and it is not easy to cause crashes,circuit breaks and other faults during the start and stop process).It has low energy consumption(more than 10% less than the energy consumption of a single machine).Convenient for line connection,maintenance and repair.
(1)Significantly reduce power consumption:Start according to the output power level,the internal consumption of the system is low:the current of low-power devices rises quickly:the power factor is high,the operating cost is low,and the power consumption level is reduced to about 40% of the traditional level under the same peak current.
(2) All basic output units that make up this new power supply can output in any forward or reverse direction,forming a proportionally adjustable bipolar pulse power supply.
(3) As production capacity increases,subsequent expansion of production capacity by adding unit modules will be easy to achieve.

Main functions:The power supply is designed and manufactured with high-power imported IGBT ,full-switch inverter circuit;
·1.The main controller is designed and programmed by DSP digital chip to realize color touch screen display and operation,and to freely control downstream power supplies.One main controller can control up to 8 power supplies at the same time;
·2.The controlled power supplies have independent display and control systems (can operate independently),color touch screen operatio, and choose to accept the control and operation of the main controller;
·3.Controlled power supply:air-cooled,add a temperature-sensing probe to prevent excessive temperature difference;
·4.The controlled power supply works in high-frequency inverter mode.The output stage uses the controlled power supply to work in high-frequency inverter mode.The output stage uses high-power IGBT tubes as chopper tubes;
