XGJ vertical ring pellet machine is patented product, which has introduced advanced technologies at home and abroad.
Vertical ring mold, no material blocking. Double-layer mold greatly increased its working efficiency, and high-alloy steel mold greatly extends its service life.
Independent lubrication under high pressure makes it clean and unblocked. Suitable for materials with low adhensiveness and shaping rate, such as rice husk, peanut shell and other fruit shells; Tree branch, trunk, bark and other wood; Various corp straws, rubber, cement, ash and chemical materials.
Applicable humidity of raw material ranges from 10% to 15%, and raw material dimension should be 2/3 of pellet dimension. Widely used in biomass energy plant, power generation station.

A: A pellet mill/pellet machine is a machine that takes raw materials and shapes it into pellet form for multiple uses.
Q:What kind of materials can be pelletized?
A: Materials such as wood wastes, saw dust, corn cobs/stover/stalks, straw, switch grass, other grasses, distillers grain, paper, etc. Basically, most Biomass materials that can be ground down to sawdust form can be pelletized.
Q. What is your payment term?
A: 30% of the total price shall be paid by telegraphic transfer as the down payment; 70% of the remaining payment shall be paid by telegraphic transfer prior to delivery.
Q: What documents you can offer?
A: We can offer invoice, packing list, contract, instructions, customs declaration, certificate of origin, CE. If client need other documents, specifications, please confirm with service staff.
