1. Features
The structure of this machine is a complete screen printing machine. The operation principle is the four-column overall screen lifting, the platform walks in and out automatically, and the one-button automatic program coherent action is completed. Suitable for large advertising printing, acrylic, film, glass, silicone, etc.

2. Features and functions:
1. Operation function: PLC programming system, touch screen operation.
2. Lifting method: The overall lifting height of the four columns is 250mm, and the power is the frequency conversion control motor RV reducer.
3. Running platform power: Servo electric push rod is used to stop with high precision.
4. Printing platform: Vacuum adsorption platform, using high-pressure blower, solenoid valve to control automatic vacuum and firm adsorption of printed matter.
5. Printing power: The gear motor frequency conversion controls the printing and ink return to run back and forth, and the printing speed and stroke length can be adjusted by the proximity switch induction control.
6. Girder structure: Double linear guide rail sliders are used to fix the printing head to slide, and it runs smoothly at high speed.
7. Squeegee and ink knife: Pneumatically switch the action of the two knives, and use SDA self-locking four cylinders to adjust the pressure, easy to operate.
