1. Smelting process flow of stainless steel rough steel
The smelting process of stainless steel is mainly divided into one-step, two-step, and three-step methods, as well as new integrated production methods. One step smelting is: molten iron+AOD (argon oxygen refining furnace); The two-step method is: EAF (electric arc furnace)+AOD (argon oxygen refining furnace). The three-step method is: EAF (electric arc furnace)+AOD (argon oxygen refining furnace)+VOD (vacuum refining furnace).
2. Stainless steel hot rolling process flow
The stainless steel hot rolling process uses slabs (mainly continuous casting slabs) as raw materials, and after heating, they are made into strip steel by rough rolling and finishing rolling units. The hot steel strip from the last finishing mill is cooled by laminar flow to the set temperature, and then rolled into steel coils by the coiler. After cooling, the surface of the steel coils has oxide skin, appearing black, commonly known as "stainless steel black skin coils". After annealing and pickling, the oxidized surface is removed, resulting in the "stainless steel white coil". Most of the hot rolled products circulating in the stainless steel market are stainless steel white coils.
3. Stainless steel cold rolling process flow
After the hot rolling of stainless steel, some hot rolled products are directly used downstream, and some hot rolled products need to be further processed into cold rolled products before use.
Stainless steel cold rolling is often achieved by using stainless steel hot rolled products with a thickness between 3.0 and 5.5mm, which are then rolled and processed by cold rolling equipment to produce stainless steel cold rolled products. The current main production processes for stainless steel cold rolling include two types: single stand cold rolling for stainless steel and multi stand cold rolling for stainless steel.

1. When storing, attention should be paid to moisture, dust, oil, lubricating oil, etc., as well as surface rust or poor welding, which may result in a decrease in corrosion resistance. When water is immersed between the film and the steel plate substrate, the corrosion rate is actually faster than when there is no film applied. When storing stainless steel in the warehouse, it should be placed in a clean, dry and easily ventilated place, maintaining its original packaging state. The coated stainless steel should avoid direct sunlight, and the film should be inspected periodically. If the film deteriorates (with a lifespan of 6 months), it should be replaced immediately. If the packaging material is wet when adding the pad paper, the pad paper should be removed immediately to prevent surface corrosion.
2. To avoid surface scratches during transportation, rubber or sleepers should be used, and stainless steel protective materials should be used as much as possible. To avoid surface pollution caused by fingerprints, gloves should be worn during operation.
