Activated carbon is made by carbonization and activation from wood chips, fruit shells, lignite and other carbonaceous materials. There are powder (particle size of 10 ~ 50 microns) and particle size (particle size of 0.4 ~ 2.4 mm). Is porous, with a larger surface area. The total surface area of 500 ~ 1000 m2 per gram. The main performance parameters are adsorption capacity and adsorption rate. Adsorption capacity is the solubility mass of activated carbon per unit weight at adsorption saturation, which is related to raw materials, manufacturing process and regeneration methods. The larger the adsorption capacity, the less activated carbon. Adsorption rate refers to the solubility mass of activated carbon per unit weight in unit time.
