1.The structure of the machine is designed by computer analysis of tension, compression and reaction force, so as to maintain the mechanical precision forever.
2.The castings are made of FC-35 resin sand. They are durable and have the same precision after natural wind and various treatments.
3.Machinery design uses computer aided design (CAD) to persist in processing the invariant structure of the machine body, and ensure the processing accuracy.
4.The sliding track adopts V-shape and plane design. It slides lightly under heavy pressure and has excellent precision.
