Specifications of PSA Oxygen Generator

Pressure swing adsorption (PSA) is one kind of technology to separate some gas species from a mixture of gases with pressure according to their characteristics. 

The main material of the technology is called a molecular sieve (e.g., zeolites, activated carbon, molecular sieves, etc.)the air passes the material, and the specified air element will be adsorbed under the pressure.
 
Technique principle
1. The compressed air is the material of the PSA oxygen generator, but first, the compressed air needs to be cleaned.
2. Due to the adsorption characteristics of zeolite, nitrogen molecule is adsorbed by zeolite in the oxygen generator, and nitrogen will be output.
3. The whole unit has two absorption towers, one is for working and the other is regenerative, so it can be running in 24 hours.

1. The oxygen generator has simple devices. It only needs air compressors, a cooler, filters, and tanks.
