Raw Material: use ISO 5832-4 cast CoCrMo lly or ISO 5812- 12 wrought CoCrMo lly for biopolar cup, bone cemented stemand metal ball head; use ISO 5834- -2 UHMWPE for insert and pressfit ring.
 

Feature:
1. Highly polishing surface treatment for biopolar cup, bone cemented stem and metal ball head, and the Ra of the final surfaceis not more than 0.1 u m.
2. In order to ensure the stablity of the dimensions, the products which are sensitive to temperature , such as the insert and thepressfit ring, are machined under the temperature of 20C2C.
3. Seven models of stem prosthesis designs to provide more reasonable choices for operation.
4. The cross- -section trapezoid design of the hip stem can match the proximal femoral medullary geometry perfectly, and
