DCGF series machine is used in the production of gas-containing beverage, such as coca cola, Sprite, Fanta etc. This machine is washing, filling and capping 3 in 1 machine. It is suitable for all kinds of bottle types. It adopts isobaric filling method, which is more efficient and more stable. Speed can be adjustable, automation degree is high, filling level is accurate, international electric components adopted. Capacity can be customized from 1000BPH-30000BPH.

Carbonated Drink Preparation System
Carbonated drink preparation system is including sugar melting pot, filter, mixing tank, chiller, CO2 mixer, CO2 filter. The core part is CO2 mixer.

The automatic depalletizer is a fully integrated automatic depalletizing system, which boasts an extremely flexible modular design. It can depalletize a wide range of products including glass bottles and jars, PET bottles and containers, and cans. The system automatically removes and stacks Tier / Layer Sheets, Top Frames, and empty pallets.

WARMING TUNNEL
Warming tunnel
Warming tunnel is used in carbonated drink filling production line. It is used for warming bottles to normal room temperature after filling. Easy for later labeling or packing.

Plastic bottle blowing moulding machine is commonly called as plastic blowing machine, bottle blowing machine, blow moulding machine, which is widely used in the pre-production of bottle filling production line.

The plastic bottles and caps could be further used in bottle filling production line to make bottle water, bottle juice or bottle sauce, etc.
