Working process Of waste oil recycling to diesel machine
First, cold materials (waste engine oil) are pre-heated by exchanging heat with gas-phase component on the top of tower.
Second, the pre-heated materials will enter into heat exchanger and be reheated by flue gas for dehydation and deodorization.
Third, when reaching technical indexes, the material enters into the reactor for heating and pyrolysis. Gasoline and diesel oil will turn into gas and enter into distillation tower for distillation.
Fourth, through adjusting reflux ratio by automatic controlling system to ensure color and quality of product, gasoline components will be discharged from top of tower and after condensation by condensers they will enter into gasoline receiving tanks. Diesel component will be discharged from middle of tower and after cooling by cooler it will enter into diesel receiving tank.
Fifth, through water sealing and fire arrester, the non-condensable gas generated by the whole system will enter into reactor and used as fuel, which not only effectively solves the waste gas ,but also saves energy.
