YY(Q)W series thermal oil boiler is horizontal type boiler with oil or gas as the fuel. It is an safe and low energy consumption boiler with working characteristics of low pressure (1.0 MPa) and high temperature (350ºC). The heat carrier is heat conduction oil, the circulating pump force heat transfer medium circulating in liquid phrase, and transfer heat to heat user equipment, then return to the heating furnace for reheating.
Working Principle Of Thermic Fluid Heater
This thermic fluid boiler has compact structure. The heating area is constituted by close-knit coil pipes from inside to outside.Inside coil pipes are the radiation heating surface, and the outer surface of inside coil pipes and outside coil pipes form a convection heating surface.Fuel burn fully in the combustion chamber, the radiation heating surface absorb most heat, and then high temperature flue gas goes into convection heating surface to exchange heat, then go into the air preheater (or waste heat boiler) to heat the required (or water).at last, the low temperature flue gas discharges to the aerosphere through the chimney.

1.What are the heat-resistance temperature of grate and furnace?
The heat resistance temperature of grate is related to the grate material, the highest temperature could be as high as 1100ºC, and the lower temperature could be 700ºC.
The highest heat resistance temperature of furnace could be about 1700ºC~1800ºC.
2.What is conduction oil/ hot oil / heat transfer fluid?
Conduction oil has a high boiling point, it usually used for the industries that need the temperature of 150~350ºC, to instead of steam. The hot oil has the advantages of high transfer efficiency, fast heat transfer, and good thermal stability.
3.What about the delivery?
