High Gloss Metal Anti-Rust Paint Industrial Anti-Rust Acrylic Polyurethane Topcoat
1.Introduction:
A two-component room temperature curing coating made with hydroxy acrylic resin as the base material, trimeric isocyanate as the curing agent, and the addition of pigments, fillers, solvents, additives, etc. The paint film is tough, full, glossy, with good protective and decorative effects, good physical and mechanical properties, moisture and heat resistance, salt spray resistance, light and color retention, and weather resistance
2.Surface treatment: 
If the previous coating has been contaminated, appropriate methods should be chosen to remove grease and dust, or this paint thinner can be used for scrubbing.
3.Construction conditions: 
The substrate temperature must be 3°C higher than the dew point, relative humidity <85%, wind force ≤ level 3; when the substrate temperature is lower than 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent stop reacting and construction should be stopped. Avoid rainy, foggy, windy and sandy days and condensation in the morning and evening for outdoor construction.
4.Notes:
1.During construction, the coating should be prepared according to the required amount, and the prepared coating should be used up within 5 hours to prevent waste due to prolonged curing.
2. The tools used for construction should be kept dry and clean, and no impurities such as water, banana oil, alcohol solvents, etc. should be mixed into the coating.
3. After using the curing agent, it must be tightly covered and used up as soon as possible to prevent losses caused by reactions with water vapor in the air.

On-site Technical Service Plan
1. Appoint a project manager responsible for this product, who shall coordinate all work during the product
use period and actively organize liaison meetings to ensure the safe and normal use of the product. Upon
receiving the user's notice, the project manager will dispatch 1 to 2 technical personnel to rush to the site for technical services at the fastest speed (within the same day for domestic provinces, within 48 hours for other provinces, and within 5-7 days for international areas).

2. The purpose of technical service personnel is to ensure the safe and normal use of the product. We will
dispatch qualified and experienced technical service personnel, and provide a on-site service schedule
including the number of service personnel at the bidding stage. If the number of personnel fails to meet the
user's needs, we will add personnel at no extra cost.

3.Technical service personnel shall possess the following qualifications:
(1)Abide by laws and regulations, as well as all rules and regulations on site;
(2)Have a strong sense of responsibility and dedication, and arrive on time;
(3)Have rich practical experience in on-site testing work and be able to provide correct on-site guidance;
(4)Be in good health and adaptable to the on-site working environment and conditions.
