CVD200 handheld mold  vibration detector can detect,display and record  the oscillation waveform deflection rate,synchronization,vibration frequency vibration amplitude and oscillation stroke,with vibration measurement accuracy up to 0.05mm.It can simultaneously collect and alalyze three different directions of the mold viberation.The display of oscillation waveform can effectively reflect the non-sin vibration of mold and its deflection rate.Through analysis of the vibration spectrum,we can obtain unusual interference source frequency of mold,locate and remove the equipmet fault.With the X-Y-Z locus graph,the instrument can clearly  show the real vibration locus and also can detect vibration synchronization of two different testing points on the slab continuous casting machine.
