7 Axis CNC Power Skiving Machine with Automatic Loading and Unloading System for Option
1. This gear skiving machine features seven CNC axes with four-axis linkage control.
2. It can process internal and external spur and helical gears. It also includes internal and external gear processing software.
3. The spindle and worktable utilize a direct-drive mechanism, ensuring stable transmission accuracy and suitability for large feed rates and heavy cutting.
4. This gear skiving machine has a tool magazine with eight tools and two tool setting probes for tool and workpiece position detection.
5. It can perform rough and fine turning, single-sided turning, and offset turning.
6. It can also perform turning and drilling.
7. It includes special processing software for micro-bevel, drum, and K-type gears.
8. It offers excellent rigidity, stable accuracy, high efficiency, and simple operation.
9. The tool holder can rotate within ±25° and features a locking device.
10. It has a signal interface for external automation. It can be equipped with an automated hopper for automatic loading and unloading, or with a robot for automated processing.
11. It utilizes a wet magnetic chip removal system, which also provides back-end chip removal. Dedicated operation interface and menu-based input are simple and clear.
