Anwendungen

Diese Typ 240 1,1 bis 11kV Mining Kabel werden hauptsächlich als Zuführkabel für die Stromversorgung von Maschinen oder für die Langwandversorgung verwendet.das Kabel enthält 3 große Piloten und große Kernsiebe sorgen für eine widerstandsarme Erdung.

Konstruktion

3×Leiter: Flexibler verzinnter Kupferleiter mit Litze.
Leitersieb: 1,1/1,1kV - Polyester-Sperrband, 3,3/3,3kV und darüber - Polyester-Sperrband und extrudiertes Halbleiterband.
Isolierung: EPR.
Isolierfolie:Halbleiterband.
Verbundsieb (Erdungsleiter): Verzinntes geglühtes Kupfergeflecht, mit Polyestergarn verwoben.
3×interstitieller Pilot:EPR-beschliechter flexibler verzinnter Kupferlitze.
Cradle Separator: Semikonduktive PCP.
Mantel: Hochleistungs-PCP-Mantel.
