Installation:
Standard installation: Connect directly to AC power, this is th most saving enrgy mode
Replacing installation:
If there is a startr on the old fluorescent light fixture, remove the starter. Remove electronic ballast
If there is no starter on the fluorescent light fixture, remove the electronic ballast.
