The QT4-15 Slope Protection block making machine is a hydraulically operated, highly adaptable block machine. Celebrated for its outstanding performance and remarkable flexibility, its intuitive control system makes it the perfect choice for economically producing paving stones, large slabs, kerbs, hollow/solid blocks, and custom products.
QT4-15 Cement brick making machine boasts full automation with a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) intelligent control system.
The advanced control system of this brick making machine is equipped with SIEMENS or MITSUBISHI PLC , featuring a comprehensive production program, a malfunction diagnosis system, and remote control functionality for ease of operation and maintenance.
The main forming machine comes with a basic Face-mix device, enabling it to manufacture double-layer paving stones by simply changing the mold.
Vibration System
The innovative hang vibration table can withstand intense vibrations without any risk of cracks. Additionally, the table is mounted on a rubber spring, significantly reducing noise by 10~15 decibels and preventing any damage to the machine.
The vertical vibrations generated by the eccentric vibration shaft ensure the superior quality and density of the concrete products.
Strong Frame Structure
The main machine features a movable beam, a high-strength steel structure, and a four-pillar orienting frame that can be conveniently adjusted according to the mold height. The guide column, made of ultra-strong steel and finished with surface chromium plating, offers exceptional strength and wear resistance.
Hydraulic System
Our hydraulic components are sourced from the renowned brand Yuken, offering high-dynamic proportional and directional valves that automatically adjust oil flow and pressure based on specific working
requirements. By controlling hydraulic pressure and flow, the system adjusts vibration frequency and range, thus optimizing the forming cycle time for various concrete products.
